Consistent service, always reliable

This was my third time buying from ThePcGamer254. I've bought an ATX gaming case and some case fans before, and this time I got a new NVMe SSD. Each order has been consistent in terms of delivery speed and product quality. Never had an issue with any of the parts, and they always arrive well-packaged. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they haven't let me down yet.

Good custom build, minor communication gap

I ordered a custom workstation PC from them. The consultation process to pick components was good, and the final build quality is excellent – it runs very quietly and handles heavy tasks well. They use genuine parts which is important to me. The only thing is, updates on the build progress were a bit sparse; I had to follow up a couple of times to get an estimated completion date. Delivery was smooth once it shipped, though. Good value overall, just wish communication was a bit more proactive.

Decent value on components

I was looking for a budget gaming PC and saw their offer during a seasonal clearance. Got a decent deal on a pre-built one with an AMD Radeon RX graphics card and 8GB of DDR4 RAM. The price was better than other local stores I checked. Felt like I got good value for what I paid, even without a specific coupon code. Worth the purchase for my budget.

Good PC, some delivery confusion

I ordered a custom gaming PC with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics card and a 16GB DDR4 RAM upgrade. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, and I received a confirmation email quickly. Delivery took about 7 days to reach my location outside Nairobi, which was a bit longer than I anticipated from the initial estimate, but it did arrive securely packed. The PC itself works well; the build quality seems solid and it handles games smoothly. I had a quick question about the pre-installed software, and their support team responded within a few hours via email, which was helpful. Overall, a good experience with a minor hiccup in delivery timing.

Got my new monitor fast

Needed a new gaming monitor so I just grabbed one from here. It arrived pretty fast, like within 3 days. Super easy to set up and it looks great. No issues at all, just plugged it in and it worked. Happy with it.
